NEUROBOTZ is more advanced voltage optimization system that not just aims on voltage management but also looks at the loading factor at the mains and sub-mains. NEUROBOTZ is aimed at delivering a steady output at the distribution point varying the Voltage and Current at an optimal level by matching the impedance and predicting of the optimal load curve (optimal slip) and to keep up with the requirements of operational aspects and eliminating the Losses. Slip increases with increasing load, providing a greater torque. Maintaining the slip at the optimal range will increase the efficiency of the motors. But where there are multiple loads connected to the electrical circuit, learning the pulse of the overall operations is very critical, our ML/AI algorithm help to understand the aggregated Slip at the feeder level to deliver an optimal power output.

Major consumption on a residential or commercial application are HVAC, PUMPS, FREEZER/COOLERS, WASHER/DRYERS mostly of inductive in nature. The Machine learning algorithm collects data much higher power sampling rate to understand the load usage pattern. Our AI logic use the DEEP learning method to deliver a trigger to our embedded AI controller to match the impedance and loading factor dynamically to deliver an optimal power and achieve savings. Lighting load and other resistive load would still have impact on the circuit with respect to safety, early aging and reduced maintenance.
